 Food Bank of the Rockies is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of any personal information that you share with us. In order to better protect your privacy, Food Bank of the Rockies has provided this notice explaining its online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We will not sell, share or rent the information you proide to us in any that is not specified in this policy.

Food Bank of the Rockies uses the aggregate data to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable Food Bank of the Rockies to enhance you Internet experience. Food Bank of the Rockies may use the aggregate data to analyze Site usage as well as create services and/or products to fit your needs. Update/Opt Out/Contact Us About This Website

All information provided to Food Bank of the Rockies  is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our Site that is only accessible by certain qualified employees of Food Bank of the Rockies. Furthermore, the Site contains links to other web sites. Food Bank of the Rockies is not responsible for nor can Food Bank of the Rockies ensure the privacy practices or content of such other sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may be different than ours.


Tell-A-Friend:
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Food Bank of the Rockies will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. Food Bank of the Rockies stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Privacy of Children
Food Bank of the Rockies does not knowingly gather any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without parent or legal guardian permission. You must be 13 years of age or older to access the Site without a parent or legal guardian. Food Bank of the Rockies collects information from children under the age of 13 for the Kung Food Fighters Kids Club only. This information is never sold or shared to third parties and only used to communicate news and information specifically designed for Kung Food Fighters Kids Club Members. Modification of Privacy Policy
Food Bank of the Rockies may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changed or amended Privacy Policy on the Site. Your continued viewing of or use of this Site following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy will signify your assent to any such changes or amendments.
